There are a ton of weightlifting videos out there as well, which freak me out. There's always a powerlifter who breaks a limb or drops the bar or him or herself. Exercise injury videos definitely make me cringe. You should also list your blog on http://www.topsitesfitness.com. It is a pretty tight resource for networking with other fitness bloggers and communities, and for getting some great search engine optimization and traffic monetization ideas.
